Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your Calmly account and data.

To delete your Calmly account, sign in below with the same Google account you use in the app. Once signed in, you can permanently delete your account, or just reset your practice history without deleting it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, email, profile photo), meditation session history, and any notification subscriptions. This happens immediately; data may persist in database backups for up to 30 days before being fully purged.

Reset my progress

Clears your session history and usage stats. Your account and profile stay exactly as they are.

Delete my account

This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone. Type delete my account below to confirm.
