Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Calmly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Calmly is built to be private by design — no ads, no ad-tracking, and no selling of your data.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. As you use Calmly, we store:
We use this information solely to operate and improve Calmly for you — to sync your progress across devices and send the optional daily reminder you opt into. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Calmly uses Google Identity Services to authenticate you. Google's handling of your account information is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We never see or store your Google password.
If you enable reminders, your browser generates a push subscription that we store so we can deliver a daily notification. You can disable reminders at any time from your profile, which removes this subscription from our records.
Your data is stored in a secured database and accessed only to provide the Service. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Calmly caches data directly in your browser — including your sign-in session, theme preference, and a working copy of your session history — so the app stays fast and usable offline. This data stays on your device and is synced with our servers whenever you're online and signed in.
You can sign out at any time from your profile. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, or to reset your practice history without deleting your account, visit our Delete Your Account page and sign in with the same Google account you use in Calmly. You can also reach us at admin@calmly.app if you run into any trouble.
Calmly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
