Welcome to Calmly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calmly application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Calmly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Calmly is a meditation companion offering guided breathing exercises and daily affirmations. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
You sign in to Calmly using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we never see or store your Google password. You may stop using Calmly and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Calmly is intended to support relaxation and mindfulness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Any progress data, session history, and preferences you generate while using Calmly remain yours. We store this data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Calmly's name, logo, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Calmly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmly and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Calmly after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
